1. For how long do you use the system?
Since 2012
I find the system relatively easy to use. Because the kinds of Correction that are possible, the software needs to be pretty technical and complex. There was defiantly a learning curve. But after we learned it up, we find It easy to use, very stable and dependable, and not time consuming.
2. Do you find the system easy to use?
4. From your point of view, what are the main advantages of the system?
Excellence par none in technical versatility, and the ability to create any kind of foot orthotic from medical grade partial feet to solutions for world class athletes. It is simply the best system available.
Mechanical and software dependability. We live in a third world country, we do a large volume of orthotics and this is extremely important to us.
The Orthema milling blocks are of extremely high quality and are a big advantage over any other brand. We can extend warranties to the orthotics that we could not afford too with other materials in the past.
5. How many insoles have you produced with the system?
> 30.000
6. What is the most common reaction / review from your customers when they first wear the insoles?
Very positive from first time orthotics patients and athletes, but much more positive from patients who have gotten orthotics done elsewhere.
All kinds, but mostly children and adults with real orthopedic issues. Secondly for athletes, especially distance runners and triathlons competitors - which we kind of specialize in. We do very few comfort only insoles.
